I found this company to be very knowledgeable about their products, the site is easy to find your way around, the prices are great as well. The delivery of my order however was amassing. I had my order shipped UPS standard delivery and what I ordered on January 7th in the evening was delivered January 9th at 4:18pm. Folks it just doesn't get any better than this. Forgot to mention products came from China and arrived in Loganville Ga, wow, just wow!

“Bluetooth” is the name given to an international open standard for short range wireless data transmission. Because Bluetooth is an internationally accepted standard, any product which is stated as Bluetooth compatible should be able to communicate (transfer data) with any other Bluetooth device.

Technical Information About Bluetooth Data Transmission:

Bluetooth provides up to 720 Kbps data transfer within a range of 10 meters, and up to 100 meters with a power boost. Unlike infra red, which requires a clear line of sight, Bluetooth uses radio waves that can transmit through walls and other non-metal barriers. Bluetooth transmits in the 2.4GHz band and uses a frequency hopping technique that changes its signal 1600 times per second. If there is interference from other devices, the transmission does not stop.

The Bluetooth standard was developed by the Scandinavian company Ericsson. They named the standard “Bluetooth” after a famous 10th-Century Danish King – King Harald Bluetooth.
